The Happy Gut Sugar Brewing Blend is our proprietary mixture of sugars ideal for brewing water kefir. This balanced combination helps ensure a successful ferment and healthy grains.
Simply measure out 1/4 of Brewing Blend and dissolve into 4 cups of warm water. Add 1/4 of grains and allow to ferment for 24-48 hours in a glass brewing jar. (Make sure jar is kept consistently warm).
Ingredients: organic cane sugar crystals, organic coconut palm sugar.
