The Masontops Kefir Cap is designed to replace DIY solutions that are prone to failure and aren't reusable. Our lid system can be used to activate kefir grains (a live culture that supports the fermentation process) and brew endless amounts of kefir in wide mouth Mason jars. Each lid has two parts: a removeable cap and a strainer lid. The cap can be used to measure grains and vent the kefir and the strainer lid is great for pouring and keeping out pests. The lid is easy to use and can be washed and reused for endless use.
