The peppery hallmark of our farm-grown nasturtiums makes such a fun -- and pretty -- foil in this floral jelly. It can be used anywhere a traditional jelly would but we like to think of all the savory places it will shine: brushed over a baked ham or roast pork loin. A dollop on a cornbread muffin would make the most ideal snack.

Canning and preserving foods has been a family tradition carried over for generations in the Dailey/Stone Family. Our jams, jellies, preserves, and pickled items are 100% handmade. We process and prepare all of our fruit by hand. Many times, we pick up fruit the same day, or the day after it was picked, to make our preserves, jams, and jellies with. Our jams are made in small batches in French copper kettles and typically take a few days to create.
