Bite-size garden tomatoes, seasoned and roasted to a caramelized sweetness are then packed in extra virgin olive oil with fresh basil leaves. Serve as a condiment on an antipasti platter with meats and cheese, toss with pasta and fresh ricotta and cracked pepper or toss with fresh milk mozzarella bocconcini and serve over baby arugula salad greens.
