This unique set of 3 spice blends allows you to explore both sweet and savory profiles in dessert preparations, cocktails, vegetables, grains, and meats.
Mishmish N.33 (1.25 oz.) - Although I rarely add sugar to my spices, here I use crystallized honey for sweetness, along with saffron for color and lemon for a tart element. Add it to yogurt for breakfast, sprinkle it over fresh fruit, or use it to rim a margarita glass. Ingredients: crystallized honey, saffron, lemon and spices
Yemen N.10 (1 oz.) - Originally created as a blend to stir into coffee, this mix of ginger, cinnamon, and allspice delivers a brightness that elevates beverages, soups and sauces. Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, allspice and spices
Reims N.39 (1 oz.) - This blend of crystallized honey, star anise, and cardamom brings a little heat and a welcoming spiciness to both sweet and savory preparations like ginger bread and roast pork belly.
