Orange Delights-
When candied orange slices are hand-dipped in dark chocolate they become an irresistible treat for after dinner or just whenever you feel like it. Try them on ice cream, cakes and pies.
These orange delights are made by Fernando, Manuel and Pepe Caro from Aragon, Spain. They are the third-generation chocolate makers, learning the trade from their father and grandfather.
Chocohigos-
Mitica’s Chocohigos are Pajarero figs that are naturally dried then hand-dipped in Caro Dark Chocolate. Pajarero figs are delicate, sweet figs that have thinner skins than other varieties. Covered in dark chocolate they make a sublime and perfect option for a dessert or a snack!
