The Frantoio Galantino story began when Vito Galantino, an olive oil taster master, bought a 19th century mill. Three generations have since followed, and the estate is today a green area of 47 hectares with more than 15 000 olive trees.
The estate is located in the middle of Apulia, near the Adriatic Sea, Gianvito Galantino perpetuates the family know-how and passion in the art of producing olive oils. This lightly marked olive oil with a rich and clean attack is perfect to enhance any dish.
