Zia Pia - Colombina - Giusti Balsamic Vinegar Gift Set

This gift set features Giuseppe Giusti's award winning three gold medal 12 year aged traditional balsamic vinegar IGP and the aged white balsamic condiment.

Made from sun-dried grapes from Modena, this syrupy aged balsamic vinegar features hints of cherry, plum jam, honey and vanilla. IGP Balsamic 12+ years aged. 

Made from Trebbiano grapes and aged in oak and ash wood barrels, the white balsamic has sweet floral flavors of stone fruit and citrus The Giusti family has been producing traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena since the early 1600s. The grape must obtained exclusively from grapes grown in Modena, is aged in wooden barrels, some dating back to the 1700s.

Giusti holds the largest collection of these historic barrels for aging the balsamic which is the secret to their complex, intensely flavored vinegars. Net weight: 2 - 250ml/8.8oz
