Inspired by a traditional Ayurvedic wellness ritual, golden milk, also known as ‘haldi doodh’ is an ancient medicinal drink. Turmeric milk, is touted for its healing, and anti-inflammatory properties largely thanks to the compound, curcumin, found in turmeric. Golden milk, often combined with spices and fellow restorative and rejuvenating herbs, is designed to support the body and mind. Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic medicine, and other rainforest cultures, for thousands of years for conditions such as joint pain, digestive issues, fatigue, stiffness, and lots more.

Our Golden Moon Milk contains relaxing plants, such as Ashwagandha, along with restorative 'spirit' plants such as Reishi, and Blue Lotus. It contains essential digestive herbs that assist relaxation such as lavender, cardamom, and vanilla. Our 100% organic vanilla is absolutely divine. Did you know that vanilla was used to decompress the nervous system back in the day in Europe? Yes, its a relaxing medicine too!

Ingredients -

Add 1tsp in hot water, or warm milk. Whisk until frothy, and enjoy! This is so beyond delicious it doesn't require anything except water. It's naturally on the sweet side due to the mineralizing and sweet powers of Lucuma. Although, it does taste fabulous with plantbased milk and a dash of sweetener like in this Moon Milk Latte recipe. Kids LOVE it too!

Our founder Adriana moved to Brooklyn with a mission to bridge remedies from native people within Central and South America, to modern day needs and imbalances. Since our evolution out of Adriana's tiny in-home office space, our apothecary has sustainable grown to contain over 200 different herbs from around the world, providing retailers, SPA's, hotels, boutiques, holistic doctors and physicians, trustable and well-sourced remedies. We believe in sustainable growth, from the inception of the plants we use, to our business practice. Our project educates and supports true fair trade practices, beyond organic farming, education, small farmers to create remedies that benefit people from all walks of life.
