Wild harvested honey from the blossoms of the vibrantly hued native 'ohi'a lehua tree (Metrosideros polymorpya).  Historically, the lehua tree has been an important feature in Hawaiian culture utilized for the construction of homes and canoes while the blossoms were woven into leis and used to decorate altars for the god Kuka'ohi'a.

This exceptional honey enjoys tropical floral notes with a finish of caramelized sugar and rich butterscotch.  An irresistible celebration of nature that beckons to be paired with your favorite tea or drizzled onto your yogurt.
