Suggested Use - To make tea, use about 1Tbsp of petals per cup of hot water. Pour almost boiling water over the flowers and allow it to infuse for about 5-7min. Remember, a longer steep time just makes it taste bitter, while losing the subtle taste and feel it provides. We love to drink Blue Lotus in an heirloom cacao based latte, or mocktail. Pair it with Mucuna for even greater mood boosting effects, or try it in the Lucid Dreaming Kit.

Our project educates and supports true fair trade practices, beyond organic farming, education, small farmers to create remedies that benefit people from all walks of life.
