Our natural light bodied fruit syrups are made by combining the juice of the organic fruit used in our preserves with a minimal amount of sugar, then we infuse them with our organic flowers and herbs. Mix with champagne, cocktails or sparking waters. Garnish your appetizer plate, yogurt or dessert. Macerate summer fruits for fruit salad, drizzle over ice cream, cake or yogurt. Make unusual vinaigrettes or glaze over fish or meats. But the most popular uses are on pancakes, waffles and French toast!

Stone Hollow Cannery is an award-winning artisan food company. We create handcrafted jams and pickles using local, pesticide-free fruit from family farms. Our jams and pickles are made with all natural ingredients and feature the best seasonal produce from our region. Our passion is transforming locally grown, farm fresh fruit into an artisan product while supporting our local farmers.
Canning and preserving foods has been a family tradition carried over for generations in the Dailey/Stone Family. Our jams, jellies, preserves, and pickled items are 100% handmade. We process and prepare all of our fruit by hand. Many times, we pick up fruit the same day, or the day after it was picked, to make our preserves, jams, and jellies with. Our jams are made in small batches in French copper kettles and typically take a few days to create.
