NACHO (Chihuahua Mix)

NACHO (Chihuahua Mix)

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA.....Sweet does not even begin to describe this adorable one-year-old Chihuahua Mix.   We wish we knew exactly what Nacho was mixed with because he is the perfect size for a dog that is not too small but robust in statue.

BETSY (Chihuahua)

GREENVILLE, SC......We were contacted about a tiny seven-year-old chihuahua they were calling Baby that was rescued by another Animal Advocate trying to save her Life.  Every Vet recommended Euthanasia because Baby which we started calling Betsy had pneumonia and a collapsed trachea.   The other Rescue reached out to us as the Last Resort.

KEITH (Pitbull)

GREENVILLE, SC.....Sweet Keith is a three-year-old Pitbull that was picked up as a stray and brought to Greenville County Animal Services on Monday the 25th of March.  He was put on Foreign Body Watch when it was observed he had thrown up a corn cob and was still throwing up.  He was put on fluids and x-rays were done on Monday April 1 which showed he had a dilated loop of the small intestine which indicated he probably had a blockage.

SUGARBOO (Boxer Puppy Mix)

SUGARBOO (Boxer Puppy Mix)

YORK, SC....We have been working with this tiny little six-week-old pup for a week.  She has been in and out of ICU and is now back in ICU at Charleston Veterinary Referral Center.   We were asked to help her when York County had been taking her to the ER and could not determine what was making her ill.  She regurgitates her food and then it would come out her nose.  The Shelter did lots of tests and also did a barium swallow test that was also inconclusive.

RILEY (Lab/Corgi Mix)

RILEY (Lab/Corgi Mix)

LEXINGTON, NC...Adorable Riley is a 10 year old Lab / Corgi Mix that was picked up as a stray.  He had been in the shelter before they discovered when they scanned him and found a Microchip.  The Owners refused to come and get him and basically said to do whatever they wanted.  They also said he was 13 years old which we find hard to believe.  He doesn't even look 10 but that is what we are putting down.

Mr. Furley

Mr. Furley

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA.....Life has been unbelievably hard for this desperate little poodle we have named Mr. Furley. We were expecting a five-year-old poodle and were shocked to see the saddest dog we have seen in a while.  Mr. Furley was picked up as a stray and appeared to be closer to ten years old.

LUKE (Great Dane)

The time has finally come for Luke to get his prosthetic.  Derrick Campana has worked tirelessly to make three different prosthetics in hopes one of them would work.  He arrived late Wednesday, and we worked all day Thursday with his crew into the night.   Yesterday was a very long day for everyone, especially Luke.  I did not get home until late into the night and was exhausted.  Today was equally as exhausting which is why I am posting his update so late into the day.
